Sculpture Art
In this mindful running session, learn how to combine mindfulness with running and learn to run at your own pace. Whether you are a newbie or a seasoned meditator, this session will help you begin your weekend with a clear and centered mind. As a group, we will do a 5-minute meditation. With our minds refreshed, we will do a warmup routine to get our bodies ready for the run. Then I will share a few mindful running lessons for you to apply and we will do a very relaxed and easy 20 minute group run. I will guide you in how to monitor your breathing, rhythm, and stability for a great running experience.

Ninth Street Soccer and Coffee
My name is Nick Humphries and my passion is football and all things sports! I would love for all soccer enthusiasts (all ages, abilities, genders, sizes welcome) to meet each other and play together at Ninth Street Soccer and Coffee (about a 5 minute Uber ride from the US Bank Stadium) before the welcome party! We'll play some good old 5-a-side. Even if you can't play, I heard there's great coffee and drinks so you can still join in on the fun and chat.

Live music by one of the most popular cover bands in Minnesota will get going around 10pm and will be rocking the best of the 90's & 2000's until closing time! The Pourhouse is one of the hottest locations in Minneapolis and on May 19th it's gonna be a full takeover by the VeeFriends fam.
