LGBTQ Events and Sports
Minneapolis hosts the largest free pride parade in the nation. The first Twin Cities pride event was held in downtown Minneapolis in 1972 and today draws crowds of nearly 400,000 people.

In 2017, the Minnesota Vikings will be the first NFL team to host a LGBTQ symposium. We also host many LGBTQ and LGBTQ-friendly sporting events including:
