Union Depot Adds Free Monday Night Yoga Sculpt Classes
SAINT PAUL, Minn. (March 23, 2016) – Union Depot in downtown St. Paul has added another free yoga opportunity to its weekly schedule of classes open to the public. The new class, Yoga Sculpt done with no weights, will be held weekly on Mondays beginning April 4 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. and will be taught by skilled instructors from Studio925 by CorePower Yoga & Spa in Woodbury. No advance registration is required.
Yoga Sculpt with no weights is a total body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class will increase the heart rate with an easy-to-follow program and complements regular yoga practice by increasing overall strength. Classes are held in the Waiting Room and guests are asked to bring their own towel, water and yoga mat. If the Waiting Room is closed for a private event, classes take place in the Head House under the East clock unless otherwise noted.
