For Immediate Release
Minneapolis (Feb. 18, 2022) – Brantley Johnson, Guest Experience Representative at U.S. Bank Stadium, has been named the Hospitality Hero award winner for fourth quarter 2021 by Meet Minneapolis, Convention and Visitors Association. The award is given to a member of the Minneapolis tourism and hospitality community who has been nominated by their colleagues for their valuable contributions to the image and culture of Minneapolis through outstanding service.
Johnson was nominated for the award for his commitment to providing memorable experiences for guests of U.S. Bank Stadium.
“At an event this fall, Brantley changed a family’s experience for the positive when he went above and beyond his normal duties and provided the family with a special souvenir in an effort of service recovery,” said Lisa Niess, Director of Marketing and Communications at U.S. Bank Stadium. “Through a glowing letter of appreciation, the family recognized Brantley as an exceptional employee and thanked him for his act of kindness to ensure they had a great experience at U.S. Bank Stadium.”
“Brantley’s commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests serves as a great example of the amazing team we have developed over the last six years,” says John Drum, General Manager for ASM Global at U.S. Bank Stadium. “All of the stadium’s service partners came together to develop SKOL Service, an internal customer service excellence program, when U.S. Bank Stadium opened. Brantley embodies the SKOL Service culture and has been a key member of the guest experience team since our first season in 2016.”
“We are so proud of Brantley’s efforts to provide top-notch service to our guests at U.S. Bank Stadium,” said Kevin Jeffries, Guest Experience Coordinator for ASM Global at U.S. Bank Stadium. “Brantley always sets a positive example for his fellow team members with his spirit and energy. We are excited for him to be recognized in the community through this award.”
