Turning Type One into Type None: JDRF to host One Walk at Mall of America®
WHAT: More than 20 thousand people will attend the 23rd annual JDRF One Walk at Mall of America® on Saturday, February 21.
Formerly known as JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes, this years JDRF One Walk is expected to raise nearly 2 million dollars for diabetes research. Event activities include a kids fun zone with music and dancing, diabetes health and wellness vendor area, mascots and a heartfelt celebration ceremony in the Rotunda.
This is JDRFs 23rd annual walk. All 23 walks have been held at Mall of America, beginning before the Mall was even open to the public.
