Tembua Introduces New Service Offering for the Insurance Industry
ExpressTrans from Tembua combines specialized linguists and today's newest technologies.
The result is faster, streamlined service and significant cost savings.
Shrinking budgets and increasing government language requirements have pushed many insurance professionals into a corner. Still wanting to provide the best possible translations for their customers, they are searching for lower cost solutions.
Using the government's pre-translated Spanish is initially an attractive option. However, many companies find that it is simply not cost-effective because of the staff time required to implement the needed customizations.
20 years of extensive industry experience, much for national insurance companies, led Tembua to an English to Spanish translation process that delivers the same high quality for which we are known but faster and at a lower cost.
ExpressTrans is designed to minimize spend for insurance industry workers while putting translations in their hands quickly.
Tembua wins GSA Schedule Contract
Tembua: The Precision Language Solution announces that they have been awarded the General Services Administration (GSA) Language Services Schedule contract number, GS-10F-0242Y, under Solicitation Number, TFTP-GC-017382-B. This contract offers Federal agencies and state and local governments simple, direct procurement for Tembua's translation and interpreting services.
Establishing a GSA Schedule contract requires a solid understanding and in-depth knowledge of government contracts and regulations. Assisted by MN PTAC, Tembua's GSA Schedule award began with preparation of a lengthy proposal. Following submission, the General Services Administration evaluated their professional capabilities, organizational structure, performance history, and customer satisfaction, among other criteria. As a result, Tembua is now qualified to perform work directly for Federal government entities.
"We are proud to have been thoroughly vetted by the GSA and to now be approved as a prime contractor with the terms, conditions, and discounts we sought. We look for the Schedule to deepen existing relationships and expand our client base in the Federal market. I am proud of the Tembua team for their contributions to this achievement!" said Patricia May, President and CEO.
