Three Rivers offers a variety of Scouting programs across the metro that are perfect for your Scout pack, den, or troop. Reservations are required. Call 763-559-6700 to make your reservation and be sure to check out these great Scouting programs.
Girl Scouts: Brownie & Junior Digital Photography
Tuesday, October 1, from 6-8 p.m., at Baker Near-Wilderness Settlement, in Baker Park Reserve, Medina. Learn about digital cameras from an expert and take lots of photos. Edit three photos and make a digital photo project. Share your photos. Cost is $5 and this program is for ages 8-13. Reference activity number #430304-03.
Scouts: Fall Photography Hike
Saturday, October 5, from 1-3 p.m., at Kroening Interpretive Center, in North Mississippi Regional Park, Minneapolis. Fall is one of the most beautiful times of the year. Come to the nature center and capture all that beauty on film. Join us for a naturalist-led hike through the park, where you will have the opportunity to take pictures as we go, learn some tips on how to take a great photo, as well as learn about some of the natural history we see along the way. Bring your own camera or use one of ours. Cost is $5 and this program is for ages 7-17. Reference activity number #416904-00.
