This is the fifth year The Saint Paul Hotel has been recognized by U.S. News and World Report on its Best Hotels list. The publication describes the hotel as excelling at sophisticated elegance.

According to U.S. News and World Reports, the new rankings identify the best hotels based on three factors that are combined to determine how each property ranks. First, we gathered the hotel's recommendations and accolades from reputable travel publications. Second, we collected the hotels' expert ratings, which are assigned by other travel media. Lastly, we pooled hotel guests' opinions from their comments in online user reviews. The highest-ranked properties have been identified as the Best Hotels in their respective destinations.
