PITTSBURGH BLUE at the Galleria introduces a Sunday Brunch worthy of Edina
MINNEAPOLIS (Nov.r 18, 2011) - Utterly relaxed, but seriously delicious, new Sunday Brunch at PITTSBURGH BLUE at the Galleria in Edina goes way beyond the basics. How could it not with James Beard Award-winner Tim McKee and executive chef Jason Smith at the helm?
Brunch offerings served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. are divided into two categories: Breakfast-leaning items are listed in the Just Waking Up section, while lunch-veering offerings appear under the heading of Been Up for a While.
If youre just waking up...
Fuel up with The Blue Breakfast, featuring three eggs your style, a choice of bacon, ham or sausage, toast and creamy blue hashbrowns. Try the Strawberry Waffle or Baked Apple Pancake. Or choose from a range of lighter offerings, including a Greek Yogurt Parfait, the Brunch Salad, or a Cold-Smoked Salmon Plate. Or throw caution to the wind and head right for the signature Pittsburgh Blue Benedicts, including the Crab Cake Benny and the New Orleans, featuring Andouille sausage and Cajun Hollandaise.
