The audience will enjoy two plus hours of entertaining history as they paddle from Hidden Falls to Harriet Island. Theyll learn about St. Pauls first resident, Pigs Eye Parrant, founder of St. Pauls first business (peddling whisky) at Fountain Cave as well as the soldiers, immigrants, and refugees who lived along the shores.
Like Twain, Shelby has traveled the world, written books, and is well known for his dry wit and humor. His performance bespeaks a deep knowledge of and connection to the Mississippi and he delivers his material with genuine passion and glee.
