New Years Day Brunch at Marin and Mill Valley Kitchen
MINNEAPOLIS (December 21, 2015)—Marin Restaurant & Bar, located at Le Meridien Chambers in downtown Minneapolis, will be open on New Year’s Day, Friday, January 1, for a special a la carte brunch, complete with $10 bottomless Mimosas and tunes from Minneapolis-based DJ Sheik. New Year’s Day brunch is also available at Marin’s sister restaurant, Mill Valley Kitchen.
Guests will enjoy the regular weekend brunch menus at both restaurants with good-for-you dishes to keep newly-made New Year’s resolutions on track. Selections at Marin include Baked eggs with lobster, spiced tomato sauce, and potato ($18); Ham and Greens benedict ($15); and Duck confit with brussels sprouts, shiitake, egg, and smoked ramp mustard ($17). The Mill Valley Kitchen brunch menu features a mix of breakfast and lunch items such as the Egg Sandwich with chicken sausage, cheddar, and harissa on an English muffin ($11); Chia Pudding Parfait with coconut, granola, blueberry and raspberry ($8); and the signature Bison Brunch Burger with English bacon, fried egg, smoked onion, sunbutter, and Dijon on toasted rye ($16).
