IDINA MENZEL TO SING NATIONAL ANTHEM AND CONDUCT SPECIAL PERFORMANCE PRIOR TO THE MLB ALL-STAR GAME ON JULY 15^th ON FOX

Aloe Blacc to Perform On-Field Prior to the Gillette Home Run Derby on July 14^th on ESPN

Joe Nichols, O.A.R., Panic! At The Disco and Minnesotas Home Free Also Join the MLB All-Star Week Music Line Up

Tony Award-winner Idina Menzel will sing the U.S. National Anthem and conduct a special on-field performance as part of the pre-game ceremony honoring the 30 winners in the Target presents PEOPLE All-Star Teachers program prior to the 2014 MLB All-Star Game, which airs on July 15^th on FOX. The MLB All-Star Musical Performance presented by Budweiser will feature singer/songwriter Aloe Blacc on-field prior to the Gillette Home Run Derby on July 14^th on ESPN.

Prior to the National Anthem, Menzel will perform the classic song Forever Young by 11-time Grammy-Award winner Bob Dylan, who is a Minnesota native, as part of the pre-game ceremony that will highlight the 30 All-Star Teachers preceding the All-Star Game. The program celebrates remarkable current and retired teachers who make an impact on the lives of their students and communities. Winners will be recognized on-field with the 2014 MLB All-Star players and managers. Also as part of the All-Star Game, the Canadian Anthem will be performed by the Minnesota Orchestra Brass Quintet and God Bless America will be sung by American country music artist Joe Nichols.

Aloe Blaccs special on-field performance on Monday, July 14^th will first feature Wake Me Up on MLB Network at approximately 7:50 p.m. ET, followed by Can You Do This, which will air on ESPN prior to the start of the Gillette Home Run Derby. Jose Bautista of the Toronto Blue Jays and Troy Tulowitzki of the Colorado Rockies have been named captains of the American League and National League squads for the Derby. Blacc will also perform at the MLB All-Star Gala.

Also joining the roster of musical performances during MLB All-Star Week is Panic! At the Disco, who will perform on-field prior to the Taco Bell All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game at Target Field on July 13^th as part of Taco Bell All-Star Sunday. The Taco Bell All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game will be televised by ESPN at approximately 10:30 p.m. Eastern immediately following the Gillette Home Run Derby. Additionally, the ticketed All-Star Pre-Game Celebration taking place outside of Target Field prior to the All-Star Game on Tuesday will feature American rock band O.A.R. and Minnesotas A Capella group, Home Free.

Grammy Award winning artists Imagine Dragons will headline the 2014 Target All-Star Concert presented by Budweiser with musical guest, Minnesota-based Atmosphere, on Saturday, July 12^th, as part of MLB All-Star Week, as previously announced. Tony Award-winning icon Idina Menzel has a diverse career that traverses stage, film, television and music. Menzels voice can be heard as Elsa in Disneys global box office smash Frozen, in which she sings the films Oscar-winning song Let It Go. After Menzels performance of the multi-platinum song at the 86^th annual Academy Awards, she made history as the first person with both a Billboard Top 10 hit and a Tony Award for acting. Aloe Blacc released his major-label debut album Lift Your Spirit March 11th on XIX Recordings/Interscope Records where is debuted at #4 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. The set follows up Blaccs collaboration as vocalist and co-writer on well-known DJ/producer Aviciis track Wake Me Up, a song that hit the Top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #1 on its Hot Dance Club Songs and Dance/Electronic Songs charts, as well as topping charts in more than 100 countries. Blaccs single The Man topped the charts and with more than 2.2 million singles sold.
