Minute Clinic at Healthy Life Expo
Live Discussion: The Mysterious CPT Code – How an Office Visit Gets Translated to a Medical Bill
Minneapolis, MN – February 6-7, 2016 – For most Americans, understanding a medical bill can be a confusing and stressful task. How is an office visit or procedure actually translated to a medical bill?
Matthew Rudberg, the Minnesota Practice Manager for Minute Clinic, will be hosting a seminar at 2pm on February 6th inside the Minneapolis Healthy Life Expo at the Minneapolis Convention Center to explain exactly how the “mysterious” CPT codes are used to price everything from routine vaccines to complicated surgeries and why millions of American’s could be paying more than they have to be.
Minute Clinic currently has 1,600 clinics operating across the country and is attempting to offer American’s an alternative to pricy doctor’s offices and hospitals, particularly at a time when health care costs are on the rise.
The Healthy Life Expo runs Saturday and Sunday, February 6-7, 2016 at the Minneapolis Convention Center from 10am until 5pm both days.
Tickets are $6 at the door or free with the donation of a non-perishable food item. The seminar will be completely free once inside the event.
