Minnesota Vikings cheerleader final auditions at Mall of America®
WHAT: Hundreds of fans and spectators will watch as 52 semifinalists compete for one of 32 spots on the Minnesota Vikings cheer team during the final auditions at Mall of America® on April 23. Guests will enjoy an appearance and show by the Minnesota Vikings Skol line followed by two solo performances by the MVC All Star Youth Program participants.
Auditions began April 7 where more than 150 girls competed to show that they have what it takes to make the team. The final auditions will showcase the top contenders performing several dance routines and cheers for a panel of judges in hopes of being selected for one of the most sought after spots on the 2013 Minnesota Vikings Cheerleader roster. The new team will be announced on Wednesday, April 24.
Minnesota Vikings cheerleaders serve as ambassadors of the Vikings organization and the NFL at over 400 appearances per season and perform in front of more than 60,000 fans at all home Viking football games.
