From treasured townships to towering cities, our completely transformed dining room shows off the wonders, richness, playfulness and curiosities of Minnesota to the rest of the world. Opening mid-January.

A note from the owners:

We're genuinely grateful to have discovered that an astonishing number of our guests who hail from towns and cities sprinkled throughout Minnesota consider us a "must visit" spot when they come to town.

So when it dawned on us that we've somehow transformed from a Twin Cities' restaurant to one for ALL of Minnesota, we made it our mission to also transform our Fireplace Room into our new Minnesota Room...a showpiece for the world to get to know our state a little better.

Over the next few weeks, as guests dine in our Underground Room, the other side of Hell will be completely remodeled into a one-of-a-kind room designed by Minnesotans, built by Minnesotans, and celebrating Minnesotans from various walks of life.
