The award honors an individual or company who has contributed significantly to the public image of Minneapolis through outstanding hospitality and service.

Honebrink proved himself an excellent candidate for this award through the experience he gives to each guest. He not only provides quality customer service while dining at McCormick & Schmicks, but also presents the guests with information about activities happening in Minneapolis. He goes as far as providing detailed maps, pricing and hours for attractions and activities. For the tourists, Honebrink lets them in on the hidden secrets of the city that are not advertised in a tourist brochure. Honebrink has worked for McCormick & Schmicks for over 11 years and is not only appreciated by the guests, but also the entire staff.
