With Thanksgiving just around the corner, guests are invited to a morning filled with fall themed crafts, activities and story time.

Walk to End Hunger

Give back before giving thanks this Thanksgiving morning at the Walk to End Hunger, raising money to end hunger in Minnesota. Event activities include break a smile activities for kids of all ages including music, games, prizes, balloon animals, photo ops, visits with Santa and craft activities. Participants can walk at a brisker pace on Level 2 and take part in Break a Sweat workout activities for the whole family.

TWIZZARD

Through Sunday, Nov. 30

Beginning at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving, guests will experience a Twizzard, the first ever, indoor Tweet-activated blizzard in the Rotunda. People from all over the world will have the power to control the weather inside Mall of America by tweeting #Twizzard. The Twizzard will activate once 1,000 tweets using #Twizzard roll in. A barometer on the Rotunda video wall will keep tally of the Twizzard hashtag and display the progress for all to see.

Ride for a Cause

Nickelodeon Universe will offer $10 Unlimited Ride Wristbands on Thanksgiving night. All evening sales will benefit Folds of Honor, which gives scholarships to families of service men and women who are disabled or lost their lives serving our country.

Friday, November 28

Rixton Black Friday Performance

British Pop/Rock/R&B band Rixton will perform several live songs, including their chart-topping single, Me and My Broken Heart for shoppers and fans on Black Friday. Hailing from Manchester, this upbeat foursome has already cracked the Top 20 chart with the Me and My Broken Heart video and won over fans worldwide.
