WHAT: Macys Glamorama 2012 celebrates British Invasion: The Music Then. The Fashion Now! From The Beatles to The Rolling Stones, Macys Glamorama 2012 pays homage to some of the worlds most well-known and respected British pop icons from the past 50 years. Since the 1960s, British bands have inspired culture while capturing the attention of the world. Their music exalts us all and provides the inspiration behind this years visuals, fashion segments and after-party elements. Join us on this magical journey inspired by music from bands that changed the world of pop music!

Macys Glamorama is an hour-long high-end fashion show and musical production that not only unveils Macy's latest fashions but also showcases heart-stopping dance, lush visuals, staging as well as incredible performances by chart-topping singers. Past musical performers have included Bruno Mars, Far East Movement, Macy Gray, Ne-Yo, Cyndi Lauper, MC Hammer, The Pussycat Dolls and many more. The evening concludes with an over-the-top after-party at Macys Downtown Minneapolis. The event will once again benefit Childrens Cancer Research Fund.
