JULIAN McCULLOUGH AND BYRON BOWERS TO HEADLINE UPCOMING OCTOBER SHOWS AT MYSTIC COMEDY CLUB

WHAT: Headliner Julian McCullough and opening act Kevin Iso will take the Mystic Comedy Club stage at 7 and 9:30 p.m. Friday, October 17, and Saturday, October 18, at Mystic Lake.

Byron Bowers will headline a series of shows the following weekend with opening act Jon Rudnitsky at 7 and 9:30 p.m. Friday, October 24, and Saturday, October 25.

Julian McCullough can be seen every Saturday as the host of TBS Very Funny News. Hes been featured on televisions Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and the hit public radio show This American Life. McCullough starred in his own half-hour comedy special, Comedy Central Presents: Julian McCullough, has hosted three comedy specials for VH1, and is featured on the hit MTV2 series Guy Code. Hes performed at the Just for Laughs international comedy festival in Montreal, Quebec, and won the New Yorks Funniest Stand-Up comedy competition.

Kevin Iso performs at comedy clubs in the New York City area and was featured at this summers Funny or Die Oddball Comedy & Curiosity Festival in Hartford, Connecticut. For more information, visit keviniso.tumblr.com.

Los Angeles-based Byron Bowers appears regularly at The Comedy Store, The Comedy & Magic Club, The Hollywood Improv and The Nerdist Theater. He won the Big Sky Comedy Festival, Uncle Clydes Comedy Contest, the Ultimate Laff-Down XVI Comedy Competition, was a Boston Comedy Festival Semi-Finalist and was named a New Face of Comedy at the Just for Laughs international comedy festival in 2013.
