[March 17, 2015, New York, NY] Jim Jefferies, internationally renowned Australian comedian and actor, announced his new live tour, Freedumb today. Following on the heels of his last sold out North American tour, Day Streaming, the US leg of the Freedumb tour will kick off May 27 at Moore Theatre in Seattle, WA.
Jefferies first established his controversial and belief challenging comedy in 2009 with the highly acclaimed HBO special I Swear to God. He followed up with Alcoholocaust, which aired on Showtime, and then continued with Fully Functional, which premiered on EPIX in 2012. Most recently, Jefferies wrote, produced and starred in his own FX sitcom LEGIT and released his first Netflix comedy special, BARE, in 2014.
Throughout, Jefferies stayed on tour, headlining sold out stand-up performances in the US, Canada, the UK and his native Australia where he will begin a sold out tour in the next two weeks.
Tickets for Jim Jefferies Freedumb US tour dates will go on sale Friday, March 20 at 12pm local time via AXS.com and the venue box office.
