In its debut year, Holiday Harvest is the ultimate all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving buffet located in the Grand Ballroom. “We always listen to our guests’ requests and decided to present them with something they have been asking for; the ability to make reservations for a vast gourmet experience featuring traditional and nontraditional Thanksgiving options,” said Kaywan Samadani, Director of Food & Beverage. “It will be an upscale event, but with a casual family atmosphere.”

Guests looking for traditional Thanksgiving favorites will find whole roasted turkey with giblet gravy, sage and onion stuffing, candied sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallows, creamy Parmesan whipped potatoes, country braised green beans with fried onions and of course, pumpkin pie. The Holiday Harvest is perfect for those looking to enjoy culinary delights that aren’t typically found around the Thanksgiving table, including oysters on the half shell, crab claws, pan-seared Chilean sea bass gremolata, pepper-smoked salmon, chef-prepared omelets and butterscotch pot de crème.
