Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Downtown’s Ellen Fargo Receives Meet Minneapolis ‘Hospitality Hero’ Award
Minneapolis (Jan. 29, 2020) – Ellen Fargo, Front Office Supervisor at the Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Downtown, has been named the Hospitality Hero award winner for the fourth quarter of 2019 by Meet Minneapolis, Convention and Visitors Association. The award is given quarterly to a member of the Minneapolis hospitality community who has been nominated by their colleagues for their valuable contributions to the image and culture of Minneapolis through outstanding hospitality and service.
Andrea Krawczyk, Director of Sales at Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Downtown, nominated Fargo for her dedication to providing the best experience for all guests and ensuring everyone feels welcomed.
According to Krawczyk, Fargo is passionately committed to hospitality. She drives almost an hour to get to work every day, and she regularly receives multiple positive mentions on guest surveys. Her attention to detail, patience and compassion are just a few reasons why guests appreciate Fargo’s hard work.
“She takes time to get to know every guest and why they are visiting Minneapolis so she can work to create a unique experience for them,” Krawczyk said. “Ellen is a rock star at the front desk.”
