It is a great privilege to support the SpotLight Musical Theatre Program, which not only enriches young peoples lives with a meaningful arts experience but also provides a unique opportunity for students to perform on stage at the historic Orpheum Theatre, says Dan Cramer, Chair of the Hennepin Theatre Trust Board of Directors and Co-Founder of Grassroots Solutions. As the Trusts flagship educational initiative, the SpotLight Musical Theatre Program honors, supports and advocates for Minnesota high school musical theatre students and programs. SpotLight is the only program of its kind in the state and includes the opportunity to work with theatre educators and musical theatre professionals including Broadway cast members who provide training and insight through critical feedback and hands on workshops.
