Enjoy dinner at Sea Change, the Guthries award-winning fine dining restaurant that focuses on sustainable seafood. Chef Jamie Malone (Food and Wine 2013 Best New Chef) presents a romantic three-course Valentines Day dinner for two for $125 (plus tax). Enjoy a first course combination plate including caviar, langoustine, ahi tuna, abalone and shrimp; a second course rib eye with accompaniments and side soufflé and a third dessert course featuring two different flavor profiles, chocolate and vanilla, and fruit and lambic.
