new book at Mall of America®
WHAT: Cris Carter, former Minnesota Viking and recent NFL ProFootball Hall of Fame inductee, will sign copies of his new book Going Deep for fans at Mall of America® on Saturday, August 17. To celebrate the release of his new book, ESPN Radio will broadcast live from the event.
In the span of Cris Carters 16-year career as a wide receiver, beginning as a supplemental draft pick of the Philadelphia Eagles to his retirement from the Miami Dolphins in 2002, the wide receiver position has exploded.
In Going Deep, Carter fills the pages with untold stories about some of the NFLs favorite players, shares insider information and theories about current players in the league (their awe-inspiring plays, outgoing personalities and entertainment value they bring to football); and offers revealing explanations on what these players mean to the league today and why the NFL cannot go forward without them.
