Exclusive One-Night Only Dinner with Lift Bridge Brewing Co. at FireLake Downtown
MINNEAPOLIS (January 28, 2016) – Combining the hearty, local Minnesota flavors of FireLake with a twist, Executive Chef Jim Kyndberg creates a perfectly crafted five course menu featuring items such as Korean Fried Pheasant served with kohlrabi slaw and pickled cucumber, and the Bison Short Rib served with root beer BBQ sauce, vanilla poached shrimp, and cauliflower puree; all to compliment different beers from the Minnesota brewery. From Lift Bridge’s popular brews including Hop Dish IPA to the limited-edition Commander Barleywine, guests will experience a taste of the best of Minnesota cuisine and beer for the one-night dinner. Brad Glynn, co-owner and brewer, Lift Bridge Brewing Co. will be in attendance to speak about the brewery and each beer.
