D’Amico & Partners Announces Parma 8200 “Relaunch”
MINNEAPOLIS (May 5, 2016) – Cue “That’s Amore.” Parma 8200 (www.parma8200.com) has updated its menus and promotions with new offerings that customers will love, including: new monthly market and seasonal lunch and dinner menus to supplement its standard menu; an expanded bar menu with more food and new craft cocktails, and extended “Happy Tower” hours (now ending at 7 p.m., previously ended at 6 p.m., plus weekend hours). Parma also offers live music, including many popular local jazz performers, Thursday through Saturday evenings with no cover charges, ever.

Variety is the spice of life
Parma 8200’s Market new lunch and dinner menus will change monthly and follow two seasonal themes:
· Market Menus, May through November: featuring seasonal produce from local farms and co-ops, cheese and meats from local sources and locally-sourced beers
· Seasonal Menus, December through April: featuring seasonal Minnesota food preparations and Italian-based dishes, Italian fall and winter ingredients, and seasonal and Italian beers.

Raising the bar
Parma’s “Happy Tower” (a nod its 8200 Tower location in the Normandale Lake Office Park) happy hour was extended to 7 p.m. on weekdays to better accommodate area work schedules and rush hour traffic along Highway 494. New 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. weekend hours also were added. The Happy Tower menu includes more food and beverage options.
The bar menu was significantly expanded, now featuring more food options for guests who want to linger after happy hour or visit the lounge just for the live music, and a new selection of craft cocktails featuring Italian liquors, liqueurs and flavors, including house-infused selections.

Music to customers’ ears
Parma’s live music offering (www.parma8200.com/Promotions.aspx) includes popular jazz pianist Benny Weinbeck – who has been entertaining guests at various D’Amico restaurants for more than 20 years -- playing solo on Thursdays and with the Benny Weinbeck Trio on Saturdays, and a changing selection of Friday entertainment acts.
“Live music brings an exciting dynamic to the dining and lounge experience at Parma three nights a week, plus some holidays and other special occasions,” D’Amico said. “We receive tons of positive feedback from live music lovers who are absolutely delighted by Parma’s club quality performers without the club cover charges.
