MINNEAPOLIS, November 17, 2015 — Brandon Peterson, the Sales and Catering Coordinator at W Minneapolis-The Foshay and Le Meridien Chambers, has been awarded the second Hospitality Hero award of 2015 by Meet Minneapolis, Convention and Visitors Association. The award honors an individual or company who has contributed significantly to the public image of Minneapolis through outstanding hospitality and service.

Peterson was nominated by Brett Briseno, W Minneapolis-The Foshay and Le Meridien Chambers Director of Sales. Briseno has been continuously impressed with Peterson’s creative and thoughtful ways of providing personalized service to visitors of the hotels and the city.

“Brandon conducts himself in the most professional and positive manner on a daily basis making everyone’s first impression of our city a proper first impression,” said Briseno. “He is well versed in all that Minneapolis is at its core... theater, arts, restaurants venues, night life, sports and of course hospitality!”

Peterson worked as a concierge and as a front desk agent and is just beginning his journey into sales. Briseno has known him for three years, spanning three hotels and describes him as “a lifelong hospitality person.” He says Peterson exudes true pride and commitment to Minneapolis hospitality with every task.

The Meet Minneapolis Hospitality Hero award is given quarterly to members of the Minneapolis hospitality community who have been nominated by their peers.
