Blackout: Glow Crazy returns to Nickelodeon Universe® as the centerpiece of Halloween festivities at Mall of America®
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (Oct. 20, 2013) Whether you like your Halloween spooky or sweet, Mall of America® promises an array of both tricks and treats this Halloween season. The spook-tacular excitement will be non-stop with a Halloween-themed Toddler Tuesday event, the Halloween extravaganza known as Blackout:Glow Crazy in Nickelodeon Universe and new this year, Howl-o-Ween on Halloween night.

Blackout: Glow Crazy
Guests are invited to experience Nickelodeon Universe in a whole new light literally! The park lights turn off while the black lights and fog machines turn on. A live DJ, costume parties, black light t-shirt making and more complete the full Blackout experience.
- Halloween Costume Party: Everyone in costume will receive a special treat, while supplies last, 5:30 7 p.m. in West Market Square.
- Nickelodeon Character Meet and Greets: Kids can interact with their favorite Nickelodeon characters at the Blue and Green Spots throughout the evening.
- Blackout Unlimited Ride Wristband: The first 1000 guests to purchase a Blackout Unlimited Ride Wristband ($21.99 +tax) will receive a free treat bag.
- Glow Grub, black light photo booth, Glow-Dos, t-shirt making and more!

To escape the ghosts, goblins or chilly weather on Halloween night, Mall of America will offer a Mall-wide Halloween bash. Guests can scour the Mall for sweet treats at participating retailers, then head into Nickelodeon Universe for a one-of-a-kind experience at Blackout: Glow Crazy! Other exciting features include an Allergy-Free Zone with a static electricity machine and magic tricks.
