BEAK TO TAIL: MAKING USE OF THE WHOLE BIRD
GALE WOODS FARM
Join us on Saturday, November 16, from 9-11:30 a.m., at Gale Woods Farm, Minnetrista, and learn how to get full use out of a whole chicken from cooking and baking to cutting up and serving. Well even prepare and sample organ meat and make broth from the carcass. Take recipes home to try on your own. Come hungry and leave inspired!
Cost is $12 and reservations are required by November 13. Call 763-559-6700 to make a reservation and reference activity number #437411-03. This program is for ages 12+.
