WHAT: Minneapolis Mayor RT Ryback has proclaimed July 26, 2012 as Arthur Murray Day in Minneapolis. Arthur Murray Dance Centers will celebrate this and 100 years of teaching the world to dance at Mall of America® on Thursday, July 26. Guests and spectators will enjoy performances of various eras of dance and will be encouraged to participate in lessons on a variety of dances. Open dancing will start at 8 p.m. Guests will also have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $500 Arthur Murray Dance Studio gift certificate. The drawing will take place in the Rotunda at 8 p.m.
