2016 British Arrow Awards coming to the Walker Art Center this winter
30TH Anniversary of British Arrows Awards at Walker Art Center Celebrated This Holiday Season
Minneapolis, Minn. (Oct. 19, 2016) —The British Arrows Awards return to the Walker Art Center this December, celebrating the year’s most innovative and daring pieces of advertising and two milestone anniversaries—40 years of the British Arrows Awards in the UK and 30 years of Walker screenings over the holiday season. This year’s offerings are an eclectic mix of riveting mini-dramas, outrageous wit, and awe-inspiring innovation, plus a new bonus reel of top commercials from the past 40 years. From high-tech extravaganzas to wacky British comedy, including outstanding performances from children and animals to A-list celebrities, this celebration of commercial creativity brings people back year after year. The kickoff screenings on December 2 will be introduced by Charlie Crompton, Chairman of the British Arrows Board of Directors.
