The S.H.A.K.E. offices and event center are located on the second floor of the Historic Coliseum Building. It is a black and woman owned entity. Our vision is to curate spaces that enable BIPOC entrepreneurs and professionals to work with others in a community that is supportive and empowers business from underrepresented communities to grow and thrive. The S.H.A.K.E. office space, event center and co-working spaces will provide upscale and affordable spaces that are currently not available within the Longfellow neighborhood. There are 8 spaces available for 4 hour or daily rentals. The second floor will offer five conference rooms, the Reatha Clark King learning lab, the Dr. Josie R. Johnson event center, and large event space.
