In his grandmother’s kitchen in Buenos Aires, Argentina, ‘‘CHE’’ Facundo DeFraia, spent countless hours working side-by-side his grandmother learning the art of Argentinian cooking. Facundo brought his love of cooking to Minneapolis to create Boludo to share with friends and families alike.
