A special menu by Chef Eric Pham will be offered at Spoon and Stable along with three special themed cocktail offerings. The regular Spoon and Stable à la carte menu will also be available, although we hope guests will want to try the menu offerings from Chef Pham if they are dining in the bar and lounge on these nights.
